BAFTA Games Awards 2017 Winners Revealed

Inside came out on top of last night’s British Academy Games Awards, taking away four trophies – although Uncharted 4 scooped Best Game.

The masterful platfromer won for Artistic Achievement, Game Design, Narrative and Original Property. Multiplayer cooking/arguing game, Overcooked and narrative adventure Firewatch both took away two awards.

The BAFTA Special Award, one of the Academy’s highest accolades, went to Brenda Romero, for her contribution to and advocacy for the games industry. This year’s BAFTA Games Ones to Watch award for young designers went to Bluedoor Games for its 3D platformer, Among the Stones.
