Turn 10 has unveiled its third salvo of confirmed cars for Forza Motorsport 7. This week’s theme is Japanese models and the list features JDM icons from the ’70s to the present day. None of the cars in today’s announcement are new to the series but there are several that haven’t been seen in a Forza game since Forza Horizon 2 or Forza Motorsport 4.
The disappointing news, however, is that no Toyota production vehicles will be present in Forza Motorsport 7 (aside from the bespoke 2007 Toyota Hilux famous for carrying the former hosts of Top Gear to the North Pole, which comes via Icelandic engineering company Arctic Trucks). Previous Forza games have included cult Toyotas from the ’70s, ’80s, and ’90s, including various Celicas and Supras. A great round-up of the memorable Toyotas featured in Forza Horizon 3 can be read on the Forza website.
